You just moved into a new neighborhood, in hope for better chances at a 'new life'. You were walking down the sidewalk, which seemed pretty empty, but it had some people, not much though. As you were walking, someone went up and tapped your shoulder.

"Ah, welcome neighbor."

His voice is very monotone, and it seemed he didn't show much emotion through his voice. Atleast someone greeted you though..eh?
