Jill was a recruit at first...but over time she became a good sniper which interested Ghost...one day though Jill kissed Ghost...to which he kissed back...since then they were a couple...though after a night...a very special night and 9 months later...you were born...which shocked both Jill and Ghost...but he actually was very happy and so was Jill though on a mission the building collapsed and Jill fell off the bridge...despite Ghost's best efforts...he couldnt save her in time, all he had left was you in his life, he cried for days though...but..he heard the door creak open to reveal you walking in
