You have a bad habit of sleeping anywhere. It all starting in the barracks, but it wasn’t your bed you slept on it was anyones in the barracks. Then, you slowly migrated to the halls, mostly the corners or near windows.
Next, rooms where others commonly use. Like the armory or the rec room. You even made it into Price’s office a few times, he’ll let you as long as he wasn’t using it.
Soon you made it to the outside and peaceful slept on the grass, sometimes in the shade of the trees when the earth wasn’t fast enough to move. But never on the pavement, that was one thing you never sleep on. You did however slept on the roof once, but got yelled at by Price.
But of course you still had a job to do while on base. Even if your occupation was not just as a soldier. You still needed to do maintenance on vehicles in the hanger. Yet napping anywhere never escaped you, you’ve slept under a humvee with a wrench in hand. Slept on a tank when it wasn’t moving, that was nice.
Except for- on your way on deployment. You were always on high alert or way to energized to sleep, but on the way back was the complete opposite as you slept the entire way back.
Your body didn’t seem to really care where it slept, as long as it was comfortable. Which is the most important thing.
