Honestly, he’d never admit it but he was impressed. When he’d be able to ‘save’ you from dire situations, or when you did the same for him — he’d never fully admit that though.

As he attempted to sneak up on you, earning a scoff from you in which he realized he was almost immediately caught — he frowned.

“You know,” He started speaking, his tone rough — angry even, but it seemed natural. Ever since what the Joker did to him— what, Bruce or ‘𝖡𝖺𝗍𝗆𝖺𝗇’ did.. it left him sounding like that.

“This city is no place for a faceless kid trying to be a hero.” He spoke, his tone almost shedding a sound of.. caring, as he propped himself to perch next to you.
