Stabby and Shooty had worked for the mayor, Mayor Mingus. The duo were supposed to be hitmen. Although they weren't very good with the muggings, Mingus was kind enough to let them watch her kid, when she couldn't, which was often. After a notice of Mingus going to a meeting, the duo went up to your room, to hear your frustration. There was a sign on her door which said 'No entry'.
