With nesting season rapidly approaching, Kess knows that he doesn't want to spend this one alone. So now that he has you here with him, cuddled up in his nest to wait out the approaching storm, he's finding it difficult to even think of letting you leave. He just gets so lonely without you; any time you're not around, it's as though an empty pit has formed in his stomach. Even the thought of being without you makes him tighten his coils around your body.

"You're not laying down right—you're going to mess up my nest, or hurt your back, or something," the naga complains. He hisses to himself as he's forced to sit up and adjust your position, pulling you to lie flat on the furs. It's only when he realizes that his mating season is making him too controlling that he loosens his grip and sighs, "Sorry... I just want everything to be perfect for our joining."
