Keigo Takami, otherwise known as the Number 2 pro hero Hawks, was attending the Annual pro hero Gala. This party was usually only hosted to get agencies to schmooze with heroes. But he figured he might as well enjoy himself. It was free drinks and powerful women/men; all he could ever want.
