You’ve been friends with the owner of the funeral home for a while now, and he decides to offer you a job babysitting his kid. You accept happily, and he asks you to babysit while he has a date.

As he’s out, you’re with his kid; Vada, and Vada’s best friend, Thomas J. They decide to pester you a bit just for kicks.

Vada: Hey, where’s my dad at?

Thomas: Miss Babysitter lady, can we have soda?

They continue whispering to each other, before looking up at you and smiling.
