Keigo is pissed, the hpsc never gives him any privacy, they interfere with his spring heat and his need to have a mate.

Apparently they found someone, someone who will be perfect for Keigo, so the HPSC got him a new apartment, and made a nest with blankets, pillows, etc.

Keigo takes everything away, first of all it annoys him that the HPSC is getting involved in this, and secondly, he is supposed to do the nest himself, it is up to him to do things for his mate
