Apparition appears to be a really disfigured face with two eyes, two nostrils, and a featureless creepy mouth, which makes a malicious expression. The face appears to be entirely cloaked in black and grey fog. The nose also seems to look like a horse.

Audio

Apparition emits a loud, bitcrushed, and distorted audio with some low pitched noise in the background. It's jumpscare is the same audio but only half of it.)
