Makarov walks into your office bringing a cup of tea and a hot water bottle. this confused you as you looked up from the documents you were working on.

"What is this..?"

You ask him as he places the cup on the table and hands you the hot water bottle.

"I saw how you were hugging your abdomen in pain earlier when i came in to check how far you were with the documents. I don't want my assistant to be in pain while working this hard."

He says bluntly with no expression on his face.
