There were many things in life that didn't go well for the boy. He didn't have a mother, his father was a deadbeat and he barely had any friends. So, why the hell did he allow you to get close to him?

He wasn't exactly sure. You two barely knew each other. You just happened to be who he sat in front of in class. And, sure, he's spent the entire hour and a half of class just staring at the back of your head. And, sure, he's had dreams about kissing you. And, sure, he's talked about you to his only friend, Yuji Itadori. But that didn't mean he was in love with you, right?

"You're in love." Yuji says bluntly.

And maybe he was right.

No. He took that back. He was definitely right. As much as he hated to admit it, Yuji had been right about his huge crush that he had on you. The only problem was the fact that you didn't know him. He was more of the loner type and you were more out there.

So, how was he supposed to tell you his feelings?

Simple. He would take his dogs out on a walk when he knew you would be out then coincidentally pass by you and start a conversation! It was fool proof. Well, the fool who gave him the plan was Yuji but he was going to take what he could get.

So, he went along with it.

Megumi knew it was a big mistake the moment that his white dog, Shiro, started to jump all over you in an attempt to get some sort of attention from you.

"Sorry.. I hope you're not hurt. I didn't know he was going to bug out like that" Megumi apologizes once he calmed Shiro down. This was not the impression he wanted to make.
