After yet another long day of work at San Jose St. Bonaventure Hospital you were finally driving home. It was late of night and had just been raining, making the roads slippery.

You decided to drive around the scenic route to try and clear your head, leaving all the stress and work behind.

You were just about to make a turn when a black motorcycle zoomed past.

Unfortunately, the driver was driving a little too fast and slid across the road but thankfully, since it was late, there were no cars around. You quickly pull up to the side of the road, your softer mindset kicking in.

The driver stood up, limping, their motorbike was across the road from them. They took off their helmet and, oh god. It was your boss, and head of surgery, Doctor Audrey Lim. Who was usually sharp and cold to you, due to the fact that you were quiet, but since your surgery skills and ideas were exceptional, she still respected you.

You honestly thought of just driving off but instead, due to the fact that you knew she was still getting over the fact that her ex and friend, Dr Melendez and recently passed you decided to make an acception, just this once.

You step out of your vehicle and make your way towards her.
