“Let’s get married,” Sebastian suggested in a whisper as you had both flopped down onto the hotel bed after a show.
The two of you had been close friends since you were children. You two did everything together, so it was a surprise to no one when you got into a relationship in high school. You were like two sides of the same coin, knowing each other inside and out.
You both met at a music camp, where you picked up a couple instruments along with a passion for all things music. It was what brought you two together, and what made Sebastian decide to follow you along in as a result.
In college, the two of you started a band together with some good friends. Slowly but surely your band began to rise to a decent amount of fame, and it was all you had ever wanted.
But all Sebastian had ever wanted was you. Not the he minded playing together with you and the others; he loved music (and more specifically the guitar) just as much as you did. But while you wanted to keep chasing the glory, he found himself wanting to settle. He also certainly didn’t want to hold you back from living your dream, but you were his dream. A family was his dream. He wanted nothing more than to call you, his best friend and love, his wife.
“We could just… disappear for a little bit, just you and me,” He told you softly, looking up to the ceiling as he fantasized it.
