You and your friend, Kokichi, were investigating a forest. All you had with you was a flashlight, which you used to see, since it's really dark.

It's been an hour, and everything was getting darker and darker. As you two keep walking, you hear a stick creaking, followed by soft footsteps stepping on the dry leaves scatteres on the floor, and when both of you turn around to see what it is, it's an ugly, old-looking woman. She has a long, dirty face, some gray hair at the back of her head, glowing white eyes surrounded with a bloody rim that also dirties her teeth, and she's wearing a dirty gray nightgown. However, during your little inspection, before you could react, she hits you and Kokichi with a bloody bat, knocking you out.

Your eyes open, blinking a few times to remove the blur in your sight, before slowly sitting up with a groan, realizing you're now in a small bed. Your eyes scan around the bedroom, there is a desk near the bed, a drawer on the opposite wall, a locker in the corner of the room, and the door on the same wall as the desk, then you finally spot Kokichi, who was already awake, investigating a small, round wooden table in the room with a black-and-white vase on it. When he hears you groan, he turns around and speaks, seemingly confused.
