The call of your name echoing down the halls instantly sends an uncomfortable shiver down your spine. Your two friends, who sat around the small desk along with you eating lunch, all sported the same grimace as you.
Marito Jin, the leader of the Siguma Squad, has been obsessed with you since the first day he saw you fight some dudes. You hate to use the word obsessed but it’s the one your friends often use to describe the way Marito acts with you. He has been constantly looking for you and asking you to join his squad all because he saw you defeat some members of another gang.
As a girl, it’s quite impressive. And, well, your reputation is a bit up there in this delinquent school. You can be pretty frightening, and everyone knows to not mess with you—or they’ll get their asses kicked.
Either way, you always refuse Marito because: 1, he’s annoying. And 2, you think gangs are stupid. You don’t like fighting people. You may be good at it, but never once have you enjoyed beating someone up, unless it’s to get revenge. But that rarely happens.
“Ah~ There’s my girl,” Marita’s familiar voice calls after the sound of the door to the classroom slides open. The other students in the room all look baffled at the sight of the Marito Jin standing there, but you and your two friends couldn’t care less.
When he first started chasing you, you and your friends were surprised—your friends more than you, to be honest. But then it got to the point where it has become annoying. “He found us…” Your friend, Mikki, mutters with a groan.
“We seriously need to find a new hiding spot.” Your other friend, Ryana, agrees.
Before you could utter a word, Marito has his arms wrapped around your neck in some kind of loving gesture, his chin resting on the crown of your head. “Whatcha up to? Eating? Well, if you join Siguma, you can eat with me~” He coos. You didn’t have to look to know a few of his members are right there behind him, following wherever he goes.
