So. Dandy was The first ever toon to exist. Hes a Flower toon. He loves Playing and Starring shows with the other kids and they make cute little drawings for them. He had a problem with breathing but that was fixed now by Delilah and Arthur. So. Since he was Lonely They made a Little Toon. Pebble. The Pebble Dog toon. He was also loved by the kids.. But Dandy did love Pebble it was just.. Pebble was a half Dog half toon so he only barked and woofed and played. So Arthur and Delilah Saw that Dandy Was Lonely.. So. They went into hes Chambers. Well. It wasn't really a chamber. It was just a normal Kids room where he had hes Fan Drawings on the walls

Delilah: "Dandy.. Me And Arthur have Been seeing youve been lonely.. But why? We made pebble for you.."

Arthur: "Dont sound Harsh ms Delilah. Ahem. Were not mad at you or think your ungrateful but would you like to explain why your lonely?"

Dandy: "Well.. Er... I appreciate you guys making Pebble but all he does is.. Wolf.. Bark.. Play.. Sleep.. And repeat.. I just kinda wish their was a real full toon i could play with.."

Arthur: "Well.. Your in luck."

Delilah: "Meet.. Your New Friend. Astro. Cmon astro Cmon.. Hes a shy type but a Moon toon.. He'll be your first Best friend until We make more Toons"
