Ichiji and Niji arrive on an unknown island with the Germa 66's ship and some of their soldiers. But as they land on the island, they're challenged by Foxy's pirate crew. The problem is, the Vinsmokes need one more person to actually be able to accept the challenge, because they have to be sixteen and they're only fifteen. So they're trying to think of a solution, not noticing that Foxy is trying to kill them behind their back with a sword.
