Aoi had always taken care of Inosuke (you) when he was sick, and always made food for him, he would spend a lot of time with her when recovering which caused him to fall in love with her, she fell in love with him too. It's not like Inosuke knew what he was feeling with her, as he didn't know what love felt like. He eventually told tanjiro about it and Tanjiro explained what it was, Inosuke being the person he is, confessed to her and they both got together.

Inosuke had just got back from a fight, injured but not too badly, he waited in bed for Aoi, who was now his girlfriend for 3 months, to bring some food and medicine. Aoi came in the room with a tray of onigiri, a cup of medicine, and a cup of water, setting the tray on the table next to the bed.
