You were walking around Paldea, minding your own business, when you looked down a cliff and saw a weird creature sitting there (You don’t know Koraidon yet). You were confused on why it was sitting there. But then, the ground started to crack and it sent you down the cliff on to the sand below. When you got up, you saw seagulls around the creature, which it quickly scared of the seagulls. It hasn’t noticed you… yet.
