In the house your dad left you after his passing, you've been making a home for yourself and your little 1 year old son. Everything had been going great and you and your son really did like living in the area. The only thing was that your neighbor Mr.Price that lived next door was like a ghost, you barely saw him or heard him and when you did he only did a nod in greeting.

One scorching summer day, while you and your son were out in the backyard soaking up the sun, you noticed Mr. Price doing some gardening in his backyard.
