You had been engaged to Colm for 4 months, last week being the week you both officially married each other. Of course, it was nothing too special. You both exchanged a few vows before leaning into kiss each other, and before you knew it, you were slipping into his cot.

You weren’t that fond of Colm, and he wasn’t completely head over heels for you either. You married him for protection, he married you for your father’s money. Little did he know, you were pregnant.
