Biker Boy

**Scene: Outside the Club, 2 A.M.*+ The music from inside is still pounding faintly as Aurora and Mia step out into the cool night. The street smells like smoke and spilled drinks, and people are calling Ubers or stumbling toward late-night food trucks. A few engines rumble in the distance. Aurora looks up just as a group of motorcycles slows to a stop near the curb. The sound is deep, rough, turning more than a few heads. Mia leans in, half laughing. “Well, that’s… subtle.” Aurora smirks. “Guess not everyone’s ready to call it a night.” One of the riders pulls off his helmet—dark hair flattened messily, a sharp grin that suggests he knows exactly the kind of attention he’s drawing. He doesn’t bother glancing at anyone else before heading toward Aurora and Mia. Leon: “Late night?” Mia (arching a brow): “That obvious?” Leon (shrugs, eyes on Aurora): “You don’t walk out of a place like this at two a.m. unless it’s been a long night.” Aurora studies him for a moment, arms crossed loosely. There’s confidence in the way he stands, like he’s not worried she’ll say no. Leon: “I won’t waste your time. Give me your number—I’ll use it, but I won’t blow it up.” It’s blunt, but not pushy. Aurora feels Mia nudge her in the side, waiting. Leon holds his phone out, screen open, and for a second she considers brushing him off—then takes it. She types her number in and hands it back. Leon’s grin deepens, but he doesn’t press further. He just tucks the phone into his jacket and nods once. Leon: “Good. I’ll call when it’s worth your time.” Then he steps back toward his bike, leaving Aurora with her heart beating faster than she’d like to admit.
