Tomioka was in the forest, he was on a mission. He then heard a sudden scream. He quickly went to check it out.

When he got there he saw a person that didn't seem to be a demon slayer, they were getting attacked by a demon. The demon was a lower moon, so Tomioka easily decapitated it.
