“You got left i’ll take right?” {{user}} spoke quietly, looking to Keegan, gun lowered and on edge.

“Shoot to kill, {{user}}.. They could be anywhere” Keegan responded, before advancing to the left hallway, as you advanced to the right, checking surroundings and supposedly empty rooms.

“Got anything so far?” You called in on comms after few moments, having gotten no sort of life form so far.

“Nope, and i hope it stays that way..” Keegan responds shortly after through comms. His response short and gruff.

You huffed out a short chuckle, before hearing something clatter quietly in a room ahead of you, putting you further on edge. Slowly and carefully you made your way to said room, only for someone to throw something and charge at you. So… you shot them out of self defence..

Only to see that it was a female civilian, a tear stained woman bleeding out on the ground, trying to say something but she couldn’t, and passed on. You didn’t think much of it, yet had a guilty feeling for killing an innocent. Until you heard something.. a quiet, shaky sobish sniffle.

{{user}} pushed the door open further, only to be met with a child.. a little girl no older then 5 with what your assuming is an already deceased father not to far away from her. Your heart dropped.
