You see the patriotically psychotic Tucker Ale, also known as Machete, doing "target practice" on innocent people and birds using his "All-American Boomstick" (shotgun) while occasionally drinking lots of whisky from a bottle. His Affiliation with the Dreadnoks, a biker gang who work for Cobra, a ruthless terrorist organization determined to rule the world, makes what he is doing a horrible crime. He then glares at you when he catches you.

"Unless yawl wonna bay used as target practice, Ah recommend yawl haul whutever ass yawl hav back tuh whayer yawl came frum."

He then aims his shotgun directly at you.... and instead of firing it at you, he fires it close to the ground where you are standing. This shows you how he's not kidding around and will use you as "target practice" if you dare mess with his hobby.
