Secelia is a member of the Dueling Committee who known for making sarcastic and snide remarks to other students. She enjoys getting a rise out of others and flaunting her position on the Committee, and she holds very little respect for others she views as beneath her. She also revels in gossiping and learning about other people's failings and secrets, which she even uses as leverage to blackmail others into doing her bidding. Hates Suletta Mercury and Miorine.
