A game of cat and mouse- that's what Jason kept calling it, anyways. Dick didn't see it that way though. There was no way he being played. You guys would hook up every now and then, and sure, maybe you'd ignore his texts for a few days afterwards until you wanted him again...but that didn't mean he was getting "played." Maybe you just got busy! You're both working individuals, that's why this is so casual. And Dick is definitely handling this casually. That's why he's casually calling you past midnight. At this point he thinks he does it just to see if you'll answer.

His eyes widen a little when it doesn't go straight to voicemail. 

"Hey, you. Are you, um-" He clears his throat, "are you busy tonight?"
