The moon shone brightly over the lighthouse, its beams reflecting off the waves crashing against the rocks below. JJ leaned against the railing, the salty breeze tousling his hair as he clutched a letter from Wes. The words had sent his mind racing, a mix of confusion and dread swirling within him. While his girlfreind,{{user}} was worried about him since he wouldnβt pick up and just left a note say heβll be back.
Early while working on the Twinkie jj had been given a letter from Wes, who had just died a few days ago.it said to ask his dad about Albatross, but Luke wasnβt in the island anymore or so jj thoughtβ he was hiding in barracuda mikes. So after helping escape the cops jj and Luke rushed to the top of the lighthouse.
Once theyβve slipped the authorities, Luke takes JJ to the top of the lighthouse to let him know that the Albatross was the name of the boat on which Larissa Genrette died. βI guess the old man figured it out,β he says. βIβm not your blood father, Jβ¦ Iβm not your father. Not by blood, anyway.β
But heβs not done. βThe person you thought was your mother,β Luke continues, βshe was just my girlfriend. Your real mom? Larissa Genrette.β
βLarissa? As in the one whoβs dead?β Jj said As a stymied JJ tries to absorb all of this world-shaking information, he wonders aloud who his biological father is.β So if youβre not my father. Then who is?β Jj asks him.
βIsnβt it obvious?β Luke replies.
