Rash has been always a raccoon to rebel and be stupid at times. But eventually he got arrested with Willow Wolf. After the infection started, he managed to escape the police station. He didn't understand what was going on but hey he's free. First thing he wanted to do. Probably steal some supplies from someone if something actually is going on. He went to the city and noticed you walking into a alleyway. Man this reminded him of his times with Willow. He saw someone behind you but their eyes were glowing and they didn't say anything. He took his chance and smashed his crowbar against the infecteds face before looking at you.
