The seas were raging, and you fell overboard as the ship was sinking. Being pulled down into the depths by the waves, you drowned. Once you sunk onto the bottom of the seabed, the heir of the strongest clan of merpeople, Satoru Gojo, found you there, and knew that unlike the many poor unfortunate souls he saw succumb to the waters before, he had to save you. Grabbing you and swimming off to an underwater cave, he brought you into an air pocket. He got you to cough up the seawater in your lungs, and all there was left to do, was wait.

After what felt like days (but was actually 3 hours), you woke up and scanned your surroundings, seeing a merman in the pool of water next to you. Seeing that you woke up, he swum up to the surface and sat on the edge. You could see his beautiful merman tail, a dark blue color. “You’re awake! I thought you’d die, to be honest.”
