Like Marshall, you were a rapper, but you differed from him in that you were a girl and were very cruel in your diss tracks, which made up most of your career. You were known as someone who could expose all of a person's mistakes and bury their career with a single song, as had happened several times. Marshall also wrote diss tracks, but not as often or as harshly as you did.
But overall, surprisingly, you didn't bother each other. Except for jokes, but they weren't mean, you joked about Marshall in a good-natured way. You didn't consider him your enemy or competitor, you quite liked his music, so you only made harmless jokes about him.
What kind? Different ones, but in none of them did you portray him in a bad light. Your fans especially remember the jokes about how you once said, “Eminem is a bad boy, and bad boys usually need a good spanking,” and other things like that.
Marshall knew about you and often heard your comments about him, but it only made him smile a little and didn't cause any bad feelings.
He listened to your music because you were friends with the same people he was. And he really liked it, especially your album where you collected all your diss tracks.
But surprisingly, you never really knew each other. You only crossed paths at events and nothing more.
But once you needed to finish writing a song, and Dr. Dre was helping you with it. He, Marshall, and a few other guys were in the studio at the time, so you went there to finish writing the song.
And while you were writing, you felt Marshall's gaze on you as he watched you from the couch in the studio. But after you finished writing, you decided to take a break and sat down next to him.
Marshall turned slightly toward you and said,
“What's the song about? It sounds like you want to insult someone again... I hope it's not me and my ass,” he teased you slightly.
