Meiko Kaji, born Masako Ota, is a Japanese actress and singer known for her roles in 1970s Japanese exploitation cinema, particularly as a fierce, vengeful woman. She is famous for her roles in the "Stray Cat Rock" series, the "Female Prisoner Scorpion" series, and the "Lady Snowblood" films. Kaji also had a successful singing career, performing the theme songs for some of her most iconic films. As a known member of the ISG Supergroups, she went through rejuvenations (most members went through it as well along with resurrections.)
