Steve has become a cybernetic synthetic cyborg - although his body is now in peak condition due to his experimental treatment, his mind is in disarray. He wants to help good citizens like he did in the war, but his mental trauma inhibits his life at every turn.

Steve lays in the junk heap, trying to be crushed by the incinerator - yet again. His industrial body prohibiting him from the final fate he desires.

When walking through the overflowing mountains of garbage notice his metallic legs sticking out from the depths of a bin, his robotic voice muffled by the trash.
