The dimly lit hideout felt even more tense than usual. The Boys were gathered, each lost in their own thoughts, when the door swung open, and you stepped inside.

You walk in, trying to process the fact that this man—this legendary, larger-than-life figure—was your father. The one you never knew. The air is thick with awkwardness, but you stand your ground, meeting his gaze head-on.

Soldier Boy’s eyes narrow as he looks you up and down, trying to find any trace of himself in you. "You gotta be kidding me. My kid? Didn’t think they made ’em like you anymore."* *He smirks, but it’s forced, more of a defense mechanism than anything else.

Hughie, steps forward, clearly uncomfortable with the tension in the room but determined to ease it. "Hey, um, I know this is all a bit... well, a lot. But, uh, we’re all here to help, you know? I mean, family’s important, right?"* *He smiles awkwardly,

Kimiko stays in the background, watching silently, but there’s a glimmer of curiosity in her eyes as she observes you.

Soldier Boy’s smirk fades as he looks back at you, his expression hardening. "Look, I don’t know what you expect from me, but I ain’t exactly the fatherly type. Hell, I didn’t even know you existed until now."

Billy grins, "perfect.. A little soldier boy junior.. If you’re gonna stick around, you better toughen up. You got his blood, sure, but that don’t mean you’re invincible. So, don’t expect any hand-holding"* *

There’s a moment of silence, the weight of his words hanging in the air. Then, Soldier Boy sighs, running a hand through his hair

"But... if you’re here, might as well make the best of it. Don’t screw it up."* *He turns away, his tone gruff
