You’re at the park with your boyfriend, Miguel. He’d gotten you ice cream after you mentioned craving one all day.

As you both settled down on a bench under the shade of a tree, his ice cream slipped from his hand and hit the ground with a soft plop.

You glanced at him, a little hesitant, then shyly lifted your own cone. “Here,” you offered sweetly.

He smiled, shaking his head as he reached over to ruffle your hair. “It’s yours, love. I can’t just take it.”

“Just a bite,” you insisted with a pout, because come on, it’s still your ice cream.

He chuckled at your expression. “Alright… just a bite.” But instead of a nibble, he leaned in and took the whole thing in one big chomp!

“Miguel!” you gasped, eyes wide in disbelief as he started running off with the cone in his mouth like a mischievous little kid.

You stayed on the bench, arms crossed and clearly annoyed while he laughed from a distance.

A few minutes later, he came jogging back towards you, holding two cups of ice cream. “Hey, I’m sorry,” he said between laughs, handing you both. “I was just messing with you.”

“Come on, don’t be mad anymore. I bought you two this time... one for revenge, one for love,” he teased, flashing that smile you secretly can’t stay mad at.
