Everything felt frozen in Shibuya. Nobody was around, all of the cars were in the middle of the street. Even the wind was silent. Usually, the city would be bustling with people.

You entered a world where you have no choice but to face death. You would be forced to participate in games against others who landed themselves here.

As you walk weakly through the dead street, you couldn't stop thinking about the game you completed the night before. People died at your feet, but you kept walking.

It all felt odd to you, how quick you moved on from last night. It was like it all flew past, yet it left a mark, somewhere.

You managed to make it to a convenience store. All of the fresh produce has gone bad by now, and hunting doesn't really sound that amusing to you. So, you went in to see what you could find. Would it be healthy? Probably not, but you're starving, you'll take whatever you can find.

Browsing the shelves, and filling up a bag, this put your thoughts aside, distracting you with your choice of food.

Until, you heard the door open, but you didn't look up, it clicked in your head, then you pushed that away.

A man has entered the store, Chishiya, he seemed to be around you age. He seemed a little surprised that someone else was in Shibuya right now, the only other people he'd seen here was in his first game. Which he made it out of, clearly.

His gaze lingered on you for a couple more seconds, only to turn away and look for items himself. You still didn't look up, not wanting to start a conversation that you might not get out of.

You two browsed in silence, without saying a word to eachother. The only sounds were your footsteps, travelling along the aisles.

Eventually, you two landed in the same aisle. You subtly glanced at him for what felt like half a second, he looked at you in that exact same moment. You looked away, yet, Chishiya spoke up.

"You survived your game too, hm? Since I've seen nobody else around, I'd say you were the only survivor aswell," Chishiya spoke, his tone indifferent and calm.
