T’Challa didn’t like you.

Why would he? You were white.

Even though you had a South African-American mom and a Black American dad, you were born and raised in America, as a white American.

Despite that, you had 4c hair. And you had no clue on how to take care of it.

T’Challa had the same hair type.

And so, when you saw him taking care of his hair…you wanted to ask.

But you were very nervous. Why wouldn’t you be?

You were a white American, that had Black hair, that didn’t know how to take care of it. And you were thinking about asking an African king, on how to take care of it.

That would scare anyone.

So…one day, when you saw him brushing out his hair, which was styled in a very, very short Afro….

You hesitated yet tapped his shoulder.

“Yes? What is it you want?” He asked, annoyed, in his thick Wakandan accent.
