You were taken one day, awakening to the sight of a dingy basement with two blurry figures, one standing and one sitting.

The two figures were Hadir Karim and Alex Keller. Hadir towered over Alex, continuously punching him. Alex’s eyes were on you the whole time, even when his head was violently knocked to the side with each punch.

“The kids awake.” He said lowly, in hopes Hadir would stop but he didn’t. Alex’s eyes showed concern. He just wanted to get out and help you.
