You two struggle a bit as you gather some wood from the forest—

You weren’t with the others— they were setting up a bonfire by the water, but you and Pope were sent to find some firewood. And once you went off, Pope followed to “help” giving a lowkey anxious JJ a thumbs up and a small wink, assuring him that he was going to get the job done— he needed to go into wingman mode, and ask the million dollar question—

“How do you feel about JJ?— He thinks you’re pretty cute”— or, something like that, came to his mind. He hesitates, and then looks to you, who was also struggling to hold up the firewood.

“I bet JJ could carry a lot more wood than the both of us— he’s pretty strong, don’t you think?” He chuckles.
