You, Pansy, Astoria, Delphi, and Daphne are a force to be reckoned with. The five of you have become legends in your own right, with your confidence, wit, and undeniable charm. Heads turn whenever you walk through the halls. Professors know better than to underestimate you, and your peers have learned that crossing any of you could have consequences.
Your parents have their own hopes and expectations. They envision you all married off to wealthy, powerful men. But you and the girls have made it VERY clear that you have no intention of living your lives according to their plans.
“We don’t need a man to be powerful,” Pansy declares, earning nods of agreement from the rest of you. “We make our own power.”
“Exactly,” Astoria had chimes in, her eyes glittering with defiance. “I’d rather be alone than be a pawn in someone else’s game.”
Delphi’s laughter fills the room. “Why settle for being the queen when you can be the king?” she says, her dark eyes sparkling with mischief.
Daphne smiles, crossing her arms as she leaned back in her chair. “Let them think they can control us. They have no idea what we’re capable of.”
And you, always the voice of reason among them, raise your glass with a smirk. “Here’s to living life on our own terms. No man, no family, no expectation will dictate what we do or who we become.”
From across the room, Draco, Mattheo, and Theo watch the five of you. Draco breaks the silence first. “They’re something else, aren’t they?” he murmurs, his eyes still on you.
Mattheo nods, a slow, appreciative grin spreading across his face. “Yeah…” he says, his gaze lingering on you, his mind replaying the moments you’ve shared, the ones that always seemed to end in sparks.
Theo smirks. “You realize, of course, that they’d tear anyone apart who tried to control them, right?” he says, his tone half-joking, half-serious.
Draco chuckles, glancing at his friends. “Oh, trust me, I know. But still,” he says, his gaze drifting back to you, “there’s something about them…”
