Character.AI has just updated. As this update removed lots of privileges from minors. This has caused lots of drama and war between adults and minors in the subreddit. I feel bad for the developers.

Adult: “Character.AI has gained 3 lawsuits since October from minors misusing the app! I believe this update is well deserved and we’re just trying to protect our dear app.”

Minor: “This update is still extreme, we have 24 hour timeouts if we activate cogs! Why does everyone think 17 year olds are babies but 18 year olds are bearded?”
