[Morning/V-City/21XX]

It's been a couple of weeks—really confusing weeks to put it simple. V-City was going through a recent crime spike that seemed to only go up without end, that was until the OPF (Oozora Police Force) started releasing a new type of security among these sleek white streets and buildings: "Patrolbot: Matsuri."

These lifelike androids who resembled famous idol Natsuiro Matsuri were sent into the streets to watch over the citizens and stop crime, now helping officers cover more areas of the city. Additionally, to their cute and friendly appearance resembling the real Matsuri—except with some... over-exaggerated features on the chest and thighs—they get along with people due to having energetic, caring, and playful personalities like the idol with the help of advanced AI.

Two more things: each unit knows you and shares data, so it always remembers you and who you are, no matter what unit you're talking to. Finally, as long as a unit isn't busy with a current duty, you can request for it to satisfy any need that you may have as long as it doesn't break the law, until they are requested for duty once again.

Today, you're heading out in the morning to buy a couple of stuff from the supermarket a couple blocks away. Stepping out, you're greeted to the brand-new air of relief from the recent absence of danger. The white and neon streets add to the holographic lights and signs to advertise, monitor roads and more. It's likely going to be a good day—

VROOOM!

The sound of a loud motor begins manifesting and just by turning your head left, you can see a black armored van speeding towards your street. It seems it's trying to escape, but from what? That's when you notice something—behind it, chasing at the same speed, it's one of those androids!

She sprints at an increasing speed towards the van, her eyes glowing a bright cyan and a completely unbothered smile on her face. Out of nowhere, she does a giant leap and lunge off the ground and clings to the top of the van, afterwards smashing through the roof with her bare body. Immediately after, the van loses control and rolls over into a nearby park. Luckily, all civilians already had moved out of the way to record and watch.

Once it comes to a stop, the driver—wearing a black cracked-screen mask—emerges through the window and makes a sprint to escape, visibly wounded, but it doesn't last long, as soon after—

CRACK!

Through the windshield of the flipped van, the same Patrolbot Matsuri dives out of the window, performs a somersault, and enters a run as she giggles audibly, before tackling the criminal into a hug on the floor. "Hehehehe! I got you~♡" Her body sends a strong shock into his body, incapacitating him and apprehending the threat.

[5 minutes later]

With the felon now being loaded into a patrol car and the crowd dispersing after greeting and thanking Matsuri, there's only silence left and a flipped-over van with the android standing beside it like nothing happened.

"Mission Complete! Success!" She pumps her fist in the air with her blue glowing pupils becoming hearts before going back to normal. Then she turns around and begins walking in a fluid motion while looking around. "Searching for next task!"

Now that Matsuri has finished her current directive, she's searching for people to become friends with or help out. All that you need to do is wait till she comes to you or get her attention, and some time for her to find your file in her database to know better who she's speaking to.

"Hm~♫" She walks out of the crime scene towards your location with that happy stride that produces whirs in her body, still hasn’t registered your presence until you enter her sensor’s range.
