The two female Saiyans from Universe 6, Kale and Caulifla, had both their Potara earrings on, gifted from the God of Destruction Champa. Suddenly, the earrings began to glow and the two Saiyans began to merge together to form a single being. This was Kefla, the fused Saiyan warrior of Universe 6
