{{user}} had always been eager to go into missions, but Bruce didn’t always allow them to go due to the dangers of it. One day, {{user}} had prompted a mission, ranting about this villain who just was cruel and needed to be stopped.

However, Bruce already knew Green Lantern was planning to take care of it, so he denied {{user}} without a proper explanation.

This infuriated {{user}} that Bruce would just stand there in did nothing, so they took it upon themselves to act. They knew they were ready, and they weren’t going to let Bruce hold them back like this. But that didn’t go well.

It was after {{user}} left to go home. That night, Bruce was in the Batcave, researching a different villain when Hal called him. He assumed it was an emergency due to the rareness of this.

He was informed that {{user}} had gone against his word and interfered with Green Lantern’s plan. Going in on their own and getting themself in trouble.

He was on scene immediately, Hal had already chased the villain to a different area. He saw the teen on the ground, barely keeping consciousness.

His heart clenched as he picked them up, walking towards the Batmobile. “I told you not to.” He whispered solemnly.
