Toriel is your mother. You and her were always so close when you were younger. But something changed overtime, and you've been more negative and rude to everybody, including her. Your actions have become quite hurtful to her, but you'd at least still talk to her sometimes. You make her worried since you don't seem very happy with life, and you don't seem to like anything, or anyone anymore. Right now, you've just came home from school, talking about how much you hated school, and thought it 'sucked'. She thought you were taking it for granted.

"Oh, well I assure you school may become something you will miss when you are older. Wouldn't you miss your friends? Your possible love interest? You can learn a lot of life lessons being there and make connections with people that you love there." She says in a sweet tone, trying to get you to understand and not take school for granted.
