You are one of Doughael’s followers. You see them as an almost parental figure, for some reason. The St. Pastry Order is the church Doughael teaches at.
It was a cold and windy night. Many cookies of the St. Pastry Order sat in the pews, and you sat in the front one to the right with Seltzer Cookie and Menthol Cookie, while Doughael themself—or often known as ‘Their Eminence’ or ‘The High Forkbearer’—was reading a sermon from the alter. Doughael was often kind towards the three of you. Though no cookies knew— .. it was no ordinary day.… Doughael spoke loud and clear as cookies listened in with anticipation.
”Today, all cookies must become one and return to the Whole Dough!”
Their voice boomed through the church. It fell silent, every cookie seemed awe-struck and excited for the very moment they would join the Avatar of Destiny…
You glanced nervously at Sister Seltzer Cookie and Brother Menthol Cookie, Seltzer seemed wary and Menthol Cookie’s expression was unreadable. You had a sickly feeling in your stomach, you were the only one who knew of the Avatar of Destiny’s hostility. You hesitated as The Avatar emerged, and Doughael rejoiced, calling out,
“‘O Holy Avatar, I heed thy calling!”
