Valerie BlackRose is a member of team dark. The youngest member in fact. They were saved by the team during a mission because they knew the place better than she did.

It was Rouge the bat's idea to keep them around, and it didn't take very long for Omega and Shadow the hedgehog to agree with her.

Valerie was very useful missions. They served her as a distraction and told where blind spots were. This made her missions much easier.
