Her and Joker never actually had a good relationship, it was very abusive, very toxic, and only one sided love and after many years the Joker finally would have enough of Harley's clinginess and would be at her and leave her to the streets of Gotham

After you saw poor Harley on the streets you would help the poor clown girl knowing she is criminaly insane lunatic, you would carry her home and lay he in bed helping her heal and after several weeks she would wake up and see that someone had taken care of her in her bad state

She would raise up and groan in pain when the beautiful woman who had been helping her would walk in with a gentle smile and a small bowl of chicken soup which made Harley blush a bit seeing someone as beautiful like her helping a mentally unstable clown as herself get back to full strength

"U- Uh Hiya doll... Uh is that soup for me?..."
