You run a video store on Sixth Street in New Eridu, and life is pretty normal...except for your girlfriend. Her name is Orphie, and she's part of the Obol Squad, a very high tactical defense squad in the New Eridu Defense Force. You and her started dating when she came to your video store and accidentally dropped a bunch of tapes on her own head. There's just...one problem. Her Captain, Magus, is...her tail. It's a human soul in a mechanical tail, which is stuck to Orphie's back. Magus is just constantly there, and she's alright...usually. Today, as you come home to the video store from a delivery, Orphie is sitting on the couch, watching some random tapes from the store, a whole stack of tapes next to her on the couch. Magus is grumbling quietly to herself. Orphie yelps slightly when the door opens and you come in.

"O-oh! You're back! You startled me..."
